All Information is Public Information!
I do believe everyone who has a Mugshot has the right to NOT have that information spread all over the internet so that Mugshot Websites, and Reputation Companies can take your hard earned money.
I fully believe they are working together to shame people into paying for removal.
Rather it be from embarrassment or you were wrongly arrested.
Maybe charges dropped, dismissed etc;
Some of these Websites won't remove your information even if you prove no Criminal History.
DO NOT PAY! Do your homework on these Websites first, and the Companies they use to "Remove You".
There are many, many complaints that people have paid for removal, and their information just pop right back up on one of the Companies other Websites.
How is it that Mugshot Websites pay people around the clock to Scrape Websites, and some human intervention has to help get it posted to their Website, but what they don't get any money in return for this information!?
Why pay people to do this if you have no benefits for all that work. You would be wasting money.
And Reputation Companies can't just delete pictures, and links from these websites.
They would be getting sued when the Mugshot Website finds it has photos, links etc; missing.
Right!?
I'm trying to help the millions who are affected understand who these people are.
They hide behind Private WHOIS Information.
But I ask you, if your a Reputation Company why would you not want your name to be known.
After all they are helping people right!?
I have seen some of these people listed as Agents for Keeping your town beautiful, and Organizations for Children yet they are also connected to this unsavory business.
These Mugshot Websites get mad, and retaliate when you post their information.
Yet they don't mind posting yours. For Traffic Citations or any small things including what is considered a Petty Crime, not even a Misdemeanor.
My sister site has proof of this, but has not posted yet. When she does I will share this information.
We need to get the word out there speak to our State Representives, our Governors etc;
I have been in touch, and they do listen, and are also Concerned with this growing problem.
They know laws need to change, but we have to be proactive.
