PER GEORGIA LAW HB 150 REGARDING ARREST RECORD REMOVAL FROM ONLINE PUBLISHERS
In compliance with GA HB 150, here is our physical mailing address. Please submit the booking photo removal request in a letter and your information including full name on record, date of birth, date of arrest, and the name of the arresting law enforcement agency exactly as it is defined in the law. As required by the law, please mail via certified mail, return receipt requested, or statutory overnight delivery to: US Data Co Ltd. 4301 W William Cannon Dr Ste B-150 #191, Austin, TX 78749.
Once we have received your letter, your photograph will be removed from our website within the 30 day required timeframe. If you would like to have the remaining arrest information removed from our website, you must include legal documentation verifying your status as a “subject individual”, as defined in O.C.G.A. 10-1-393.5(b.1)(1)(B).
NOTE:"Subject individuals" are individuals who had their case dismissed, were found not guilty, and/or had their record expunged or sealed. Important: If you choose not to submit legal documentation, we reserve the right to perform internal verification of your claimed status as a “subject Individual”, as defined in O.C.G.A 10-1-393.5(b.1)(1)(B).
If it is determined that you are not a “subject individual”, the matter will be turned over to our attorneys and your record forwarded to the GA District Attorney for possible violation of the law or probationary terms.
